- Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We do not use pre-authorization holds followed by delayed charges; payment is settled immediately upon order confirmation.

- The merchant name appearing on your bank statement will be "Joan La FASHION" or a similar descriptor (depending on your bank).

- We do not store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV code on our servers. All card data is handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processing service providers.

3. Payment Security

- All payment pages are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology (256-bit encryption).

- Our payment processing partners are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, representing the highest security standard in the payment industry.

- We will never request your payment information via email, phone, or any channel other than the official website checkout process. Please be vigilant against anyone claiming to be from Joan La FASHION and asking for your card details—this is a scam—and report it to us immediately.

4. Order Prices and Fees

- The total amount at checkout includes: product price + applicable sales tax.

- Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with California state and local tax regulations.

- There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. We do not charge any processing fees, surcharges, or service fees.

5. Discount Codes and Gift Cards

- Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

- If you have a Joan La FASHION gift card, you can redeem it by entering the gift card code in the designated field at checkout.

- Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.

6. Payment Failure or Rejection

If your payment is declined at checkout:

1. Double-check your card details—the expiration date, billing address, and CVV code must match the information on file with your bank.

We do not store information regarding declined cards, nor will we ever attempt to re-process a failed payment without your authorization.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In most cases, we can resolve the issue directly and more quickly. Initiating a dispute can extend the resolution process by weeks, whereas our team can typically address billing-related issues within 24 hours.
